Store silver jewelry and gold-plated jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft piece of felt or cloth.

For at-home storage we recommend storing your wedding rings and other jewelry in separate compartments within a jewelry box to prevent scratches or tangles. Be careful using ultrasonic cleaners, as only certain gemstones can handle the ultrasonic vibrations. Diamond cleaners usually contain ammonia and water. Using a soft brush you can remove dust or dirt from under the setting. Silver jewelry can be cleaned with our Diamonds Direct silver polishing cloth, with or without a special silver cleaning solution. If stones fall out during a basic cleaning, there is a resetting fee. Additional charges to repair and replace the cause (i.e. prongs, broken stone) will also apply. We recommend this service at least twice a year. More thorough cleanings are available for a fee depending on the service needed
